This above all: to thine own self be true. We, the people of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect union, establish Justice, and insure domestic Tranquility, recognize our personal sovereign power and responsibility to align with our Higher Self, or Source.

It has been rumored that my Social Security will be reduced and along with it my medical benefits as part of Medicare. I remind myself that Source is my shepherd, I shall not want. If something happens to social security, there will still be Source and I will still be provided for, perhaps in a better way that I had no idea was possible.  

In keeping my contact with that which is above me, I do not draw to me the people and things that I do not want. I will not buy the lie of anything that makes me feel separated from Source and otherwise threatened. I answer the question, how are you right now? I am fine. I am good. I am without fear. I expect goodness to abound.

We are learning to be effective spiritual beings. We have an opportunity to use our mind and imagination in ways that keep us in alignment with Source. We have an opportunity to practice innovative thinking. We are bidden to use imagination in ways that enable us to experience the world with new eyes. We are invited to feel more in harmony with who we truly are. We are able to give form to transformative ideas. "We are able to experience better judgment that reinforces justice. This means our choices become guided not by impulse or bias, but by a deeper understanding of fairness, empathy, and the greater good."

Let us do creative observation. Let us see the world we want to see. I saw myself holding a picket sign while I looked in the mirror. It said, “I am socially secure.” I saw another standing with me with a sign that said, “I live safely in my chosen place.” Others in my mind’s eye hold signs that say. “My family is inviolate.”   I hear chanting that says, “I may be an immigrant, but I am somebody.”

Think power thoughts that organize your feelings in ways that give courage and stability.

Practicum

Imagine or actually make a sign to reflect in the mirror. Gently command the world that you want to see. No need to ask someone else to fulfill the demands written on your sign.
