It made me mad, and that was not good. I know it because when I shared it, just as an aside, I got into a power struggle with the person I was talking to, with whom I had assumed agreement, about a different topic. Power struggle is a term we often use with Pluto. Pluto is the planet of the powerful and Pluto is the Lord of the Underground, and so is a form of devil. Pluto represents dirty dealings, and ruthless systems, like the Mafia or corrupt governments. You cross them, you lose your head.
I am told that there are two ways you can tell how you are doing; one is by the way you feel, and the other is by what is happening. The story about underpaid workers with super mega rich bosses, made me livid and made me want to do something, say something, pray something to bring about a change. I just had to share my righteous indignation with the person I was talking to. An eruption ensued. It wasn’t even about the same subject, though it was related. I knew I had poisoned the moment. The now more personal frustration that followed said to me that no matter how justified I perceived my anger to be, no matter how on the side of right I thought I was, I was off and out of alignment. Now I had a new problem. My confidence was a bit shaken and I had to decide if I was resisting the frenemy because they were wrong or was I cutting off my nose to spite my face, just to prove that I was right, or that I would do what I wanted to do.
This has all the markings of Pluto in Capricorn, along with Saturn and the South Node in Capricorn. South Node says, don’t focus here. This is the dragon’s tail and the tail must follow the head, so go north young woman. Go away from the saturnine frustrations, the systems and walls and bars and cages, the problems and gross injustices that are the obstacles along the path to a satisfied life. Stay here and you will be mired in conditions that seem to complex to handle.
This is also a glimpse into my own darkness. If we have ears to hear, the universe tells us if we are bucking our own current or letting our ignorance rule. Since Taurus rules ears, the Uranus in Taurus must be about inner hearing. Uranus in Taurus is at the top of the Sun-on-ascendant chart, putting it in the position of the outer world, as well as one’s worldly goals, and those who we perceive of as in charge, the systems and bosses.
Uranus is square Mars the fighter in Leo, the sign of the prideful self, and Mercury in Leo, too. Uranus square Mars with Mercury, communication and thinking; can definitely stimulate an argumentative fight and the desire to tear down the goddamned walls or hang up the phone! Mars in the first house begs the question, are you fighting yourself?
How does one go North? The North Node conjuncts Venus, planet of love and image-making. It also conjuncts the Sun. All are in the sign Cancer with Venus and North Node in the 12th, which is considered behind the scenes or in retreat or quietude. It says calm down and use your imagination to look at what you want and feel its possibilities. It says love yourself and your possibilities in the quiet of the morning hours. It says, rise well, with gladness in your heart. It says tell the story that you want to be. Cancer says that your feelings matter, so ease your frequency and have no equivocation in your vibration.

Place a positive book or a quote near your bed. Before getting out of bed, open the book and read a few positive lines, or read your pre-selected quote. Don’t just read the words, feel them. Be the house in which they live.
