“What is going to happen?” is my thought as I look at Jupiter in Libra opposite Uranus in Aries in my chart for the solar return last month. The solar return chart is the story of the year ahead. It is like a narrative of the year’s theme. The Full Moon will highlight this configuration (the Moon conjunct Jupiter and the Sun conjunct Uranus in Aries.) It occurs to me that wondering what is going to “happen” is off the mark. A better question might be, “How might I best utilize these planets to create what I want?”
There is a higher intelligence at work in my life. There is no question about that. That same higher intelligence is at work in the world. I live and move and have my being in this intelligence. Mine is not to anticipate it as much as it is to lead it. Mine is not to say, “Higher Mind, what do you want me to do?” Mine is to be alive in the knowledge that I am animated by that intelligence, and as I live, that intelligence is reflected in my life.
There are some things “happening,” but they are the result of things that I set in motion, consciously and unconsciously. They are the universe responding to me, not giving me orders or doing something to me. For Sun in Aries, I can say, I live, therefore I am. Recently, the Sun in Aries in the 6th house of health, well-being and work in my solar return story prompted me to go ahead and teach an astrology class in the innovative way I envision (starting with the Qabalistic Tree of Life.) The transit of Uranus in Aries makes novelty and originality possible for everyone.
Instead of “What will happen, what is inevitable, what will hit me or gift me,” I need to ask myself what do I want? What is my vision? The buck stops with the motivation of my vision. I am in charge and limitlessly potentiated.
I am the author of my life. No man or woman stands between me and my good.
Don’t make up any thoughts about potential failure. Do not try to earn (Jupiter in Libra) your way by trying to figure out and execute the right thing in the right way.
One more thing, if you catch yourself arguing in your head (Aries) with someone. Ask yourself, “Why is this an argument?” It could be that you imagine that someone has the power and is withholding your good, and that you are going to have to go through them, fight them and move them to get what you want. That is only distracting you and dividing the force you could be using in a focused way to draw what you want to yourself with the aid of the matrix of Mother Yellow, transparent light and omniscient access.
Ask yourself, “What do I want? What is my vision?” You are the author and architect moving on the fulfillment of your own story.
