What if you can’t? What if you really can’t make it? What if you are doomed to fail? What if your flaws are fatal?
But what if you can?
You are afraid to try because you think you might fail. But what if you don’t or won’t fail? What if you discover that a misstep only informs, enhances and enlivens the next step? What if you know that there is an education in every obstruction?
“You and I have to do for you and I,” sings Macy Gray. The next time you find yourself frozen in “What if I can’t? Ask yourself, “What if I can? What if I can totally do this thing, and I am wasting my talent, potentials and gifts by not going for it? Ask yourself what if you can and observe what that does to you energetically.
Doesn’t it give you a little buzz? Doesn’t it stir your curiosity? Doesn’t it make you want to give it a try, move it forward?
The New Moon is in Scorpio. It is time to clean up and clear out. It is time to transcend. It is time to get over it and rise above it. It is time to consider the possibilities. It is time to let go of the emotional wounds that serve to keep you stuck.
When you are inspired by something that is a great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts will break their bonds: your mind will transcend its limitation. Your consciousness expands in every direction and you will find yourself in a new and great and wonderful amazing world. Dormant forces, faculties, and talents will come alive and you will discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you have ever dreamed yourself to be. — Patanjali
When you are inspired by something you want and are determined to fulfill it, you will begin to think outside of the box. Thought is the only power that can produce the tangible from the intangible. “If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right,” Henry Ford said. When you think you can, something seems to move that aids in the manifestation of your desire.
Most thinking isn’t verbal. Thinking is imagery. Chances are you are not articulating, “What if I fail?” in words. Chances are you are looking at images of failure in your mind. Chances are these images are below the surface. They are flashes of amorphous shape that take form as your circumstances.
Problems are aided and abetted by imagination. Doubtful imagination conjures defeat. If we imagine nothing can be done, nothing can be done. If we imagine something can be done, even if we do not yet know what it is, then something will be done. Confident imagination finds the solution.
“Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen” (Hebrews 11:11). What is the substance of your hope? What are your building materials? Do you think you can build a life that rivals and surpasses your wildest dreams?
Choose strong thoughts that have strong force that make strong waves that move inexorably toward land, shape, texture, resonance, and reality.
What do you have faith in—future or failure?
Do you have faith in being broke or broken? Do you have faith that your broken dreams shall always litter your landscape? Shall you always live in the rubble of old wars?
Or do you have faith with a twinkle in your eye? Do you sparkle with expectation or tingle with anticipation? Can you see, taste, and feel a new day?

Maurice, I’m glad you were inspired by this offering. Great that you kept on despite the negativity. The negativity was probably not personal. Your perseverance was a positive message to all.
Thank you very much. Please let me know how significant is the new moon in scorpio/and being born on Nov.19.
Thanks for this inspiring information.
It reminds me of exactly what I experienced while planning The Connecticut Black Expo 2009.
There was a tremendous amount of negativity geared towards this event from people I least expected.
The God’s honest truth is that I cannot recall anything that I have done to them, especially on a personal level.
However, despite the low turnout, there was a black expo.
Thanks again for your unconditional support.
