When it's in Libra we are learning how to relate to one another in a more focused or disciplined way. We can learn from one another when we open our minds and hearts to new ideas. Also Fela (haven't seen it yet) is an example of Saturn in Libra. From what I've heard, its creative, enjoyable and informative at the same time. So folks enjoy the music, the dancing and they are receiving deep concepts too. There is a purpose to Fela. Sounds like you'll be experiencing your 2nd Saturn return, with Saturn in Libra, conjunct Neptune. A time to let go of the past and to open up to new concepts of creativity.
